Powering the Future About
Homi Lab's Summer Camp is a unique summer camp in India that provides an opportunity for learners to engage in hands-on scientific exploration with a focus on energy sources of the future. The camp offers a range of learning options to keep participants fully engaged, and a team of global experts and scientists has developed a well-defined set of learning objectives for the 9-day program.

The Summer Camp program incorporates a variety of activities, including demonstrations, space science experiments that can be done at home, fun worksheets, quizzes, and other engaging content available on our online platform. Experiential learning is the key driver for all sessions, encouraging learners to think deeply, develop problem-solving skills, and discover something new.

During this session, learners will have the opportunity to explore the concept of energy and how it has evolved over time. They will delve into the various forms of energy that exist and discover how these forms are interconnected.
The Power of the Stars
Join us in this session to explore the exciting world of nuclear fusion and its potential as a source of clean energy for the future. Learners will embark on a journey to discover the science behind nuclear fusion.
Activity Day
Join us for a day of excitement and learning as we host a series of engaging competitions, including debates and elocution contests. In these competitions, learners will have the opportunity to showcase their critical thinking, public speaking, and persuasive skills in a friendly and supportive environment.

In this session, learners will embark on a journey to explore the evolution of solar energy and discover what the future holds for this technology. They will dive into the history and learn how it has developed over time.
Living on Mars
In this session, learners will have the opportunity to explore the fascinating topic of living on Mars. They will delve into the science behind the Red Planet, including its potential for supporting human life.
Junior Homi Eagles
Are you ready to dive into the world of entrepreneurship and innovation? Join us for an exciting competition that will challenge young learners to think creatively, develop their business skills, and pitch their ideas to a panel of experienced judges. This is the perfect opportunity for young entrepreneurs to showcase their talents and passion.
The Atomic Adventure
During this session, learners study the concept of nuclear fission. Learners will explore the various applications of nuclear fission, including powering spacecraft, and treating medical conditions.
"Fixing" Red Planet
This session will delve into the considerations involved in transforming Mars into a habitable environment for humans, including the modification of its atmosphere, temperature, and surface features.
Valedictory Ceremony
During the ceremony, we will recognize our graduating students and wish them well on their future endeavors. We will also present awards to those who have demonstrated exceptional achievement in thorught the camp. We invite all learners, principals, parents, and Mission Commander to join us.

Srijan Pal Singh
India's #1 Science Author and Former Advisor to Dr. Kalam
Srijan Pal Singh is an author, education innovator, futurist and social entrepreneur. He studied in La Martiniere College and then completed his Engineering and further went to the Indian Institute of Management, Ahmedabad to study management. He was awarded the Gold Medal for the Best All-rounder Student of the 2009 batch at IIM-A and was also the President of the Student’s Council there.​
He served as Officer on Special Duty and Advisor (Technology and Policy) at the Office of Dr. APJ Abdul Kalam where he worked as a close aide to the former president on various consulting works. Some of the projects include Providing Urban Amenities in Rural Areas (PURA), Kalam-NSS, USA Initiative for Space-based Solar Power, Projects on Koodanakulum Nuclear Plant, Neutrinos, Development Plans for various governments across India, Russia, Maldives, Canada and UAE.

He has interacted with leading institutions of the world for addresses/research and delegate visits including, FermiLab (Chicago), UKCA Yorkshire, CERN (Switzerland), Boulby Underground Dark Matter Laboratory, Harvard University (USA), Massachusetts Institute of Technology (USA), Boston University, Kentucky University, Sydney University, University of Edinburgh, St Gallen's University (Switzerland), Beijing University, HBS, DRDO, BrahMos Missile Project, Toyota Motors (Georgetown), George Washington University, Mahindra, NITI Aayog, IIT Delhi, IIT Bombay, IIT Madras, IIM Bangalore, IIM Calcutta and many other leading institutions across the world. He has been a host to several Nobel Laureates and Astronauts in his shows.
